CPD is developing a portfolio of residential architecture. Shelli has studied architecture and design since she was a young girl, paying attention to the world around her, working within the construction industry since 1999, and studying everything she can get her hands on from textbooks to architectural blogs and everything in-between. Structure, function and the experience of a space are deeply interesting to her. She moves easily within conceptual space, assimilating the client's input to arrive at a design that satisfies a project's design program. Shelli is as interested in the seemingly mundane details as the overall structure. 

 

Each CPD project is based on the development of the design program with the client as partner. Needs are assessed, desired aesthetics taken in, and conditions are catalogued. The goal is to create a design that feels like an extension of the client, while, also, seamlessly reflecting the creativity and vision of the architect.
