The Chelsea Park ADU was designed as: 

• Income stream through hosting ceramic workshops and Airbnb

• Guest house

• Ceramic studio with venting for two kilns

• Garage, with workbench, and above-garage storage

 

The ADU/Garage is heated by hydronic radiant heating installed in concrete slab on grade foundation. The hydronic boiler serves both as the hot water source for kitchen/bath and hydronically heated floor. The loft floats, anchored into a 3.5 in. x 19.5 in. x 25 ft. The exterior is sheathed in the Huberwood ZIP System and rain screen.
